Our flagship mobile application Digital Salon Management has been acquired by ThinkSteps Private Limited. The deal was officially sealed on 18th June 2026. We were eagerly working towards completing all the formalities so that we could officially announce this important transition to all our associates. This breakthrough is a new chapter in our journey that has opened new avenues for us to progress and build a larger user community.
Salon Management Solution, Started as an Idea – Clicked With Audience & Has Grown Beyond Imagination!
When we first thought about creating Digital Salon Management System the vision was simple and clear. We wanted to help salon managers or owners to run their business with ease and efficiency. We wanted to build a tool that would help them streamline their day-to-day operations, manage billing, and track performance. We were working towards building simple app that would function on mobile phone and that every salon owner, big or small, single or with branches will be able to use without any technical skills or knowledge.
When we developed and launched the app in the market it trended and how! Feedback from clients proved priceless and gave us direction to evolve. Over time the app transformed into a comprehensive salon management solution with many more useful functions like:

- Tracking revenue & expenditure
- Monitoring routines & performances

When the Digital Salon Management app crossed 7,000+ downloads on the Android and IOS platform, we knew we had embarked on a journey that had the potential to achieve more. This Download Milestone reflected trust of the salon owners, beauty professionals, and entrepreneurs. We were basking in this success and in gratitude all at once.
The Next Monumental Milestone – Ownership Transfer to Thinkersteps Private Limited
We decided to take a strategic business decision & shifted and transferred the ownership of the Digital Salon Management app to Thinkersteps Private Limited. Their plans and paths sync with our values. Thinkersteps Private Limited is a well-positioned organization, prepared to continue the growth of the platform, introduce innovative features, and provide enhanced support to the app’s user base across different regions.
What This Ownership Shift Means for Existing Users
For existing users nothing much changes. They can expect the platform to continue under the management of Thinkersteps Private Limited. The new ownership certainly brings with it a fresh approach to product enhancement, innovation, & expansion.
